Behind Pinkney Farm Flowers

My love of flowers started from a young age, I remember my grandmother first getting me to plant nasturtiums at the age of 4 in a little spot she made me in her garden.

I come from a family of farmers and keen gardeners so growing from the land is what we do. I have always grown flowers and find it very rewarding to be able to create floral designs with whats in season and with what you've grown and nurtured from seed.

Originally from New Zealand, I moved here in 2008 with my husband to his family farm, we have 3 wonderful children and live on a beef and arable farm.

When I first moved here I was part of Wiltshire Young Farmers Club, and being thrown in the deep end in my first floristry competition at rally day, I was hooked! I have been doing Wedding Flowers for 6 years, and turned my hand to growing on a large scale 2 years ago.

In the future I hope to be able to upscale and offer PYO on the farm for the public to also enjoy British Flowers!
