Behind Pinkney Farm Flowers

My love of flowers started from a young age, I remember my grandmother first getting me to plant nasturtiums at the age of 4 in a little spot she made me in her garden, and the passion for the garden and flowers only grew from there.

I grow naturally without the use of chemicals in my flowers, and try practise floristry in an environmentally friendly way, with limiting my single use plastic.

Originally from New Zealand, I moved here in 2008 with my husband to his family farm, we have 3 wonderful children and live on a beef and arable farm.

When I first moved here I was part of Wiltshire Young Farmers Club, and being thrown in the deep end in my first floristry competition at rally day, I was hooked! I have been doing Wedding Flowers for 7 years, and turned my hand to growing on a large scale in 2018 as wanted to be able to grow more to use in weddings. .

In the future I hope to be able to upscale and offer PYO on the farm for the public to also enjoy British Flowers!
